ImageFIRST Acquires Textile Care Services of Utah, Expands Footprint to Utah
ImageFIRST Continues to Expand Its Nationwide Coverage with Latest Acquisition in Utah, First Location in the State
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – January 6, 2022 – ImageFIRST, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing provider of linen and laundry services for the healthcare industry, announced today the acquisition of Textile Care Services (TCS) of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This acquisition marks ImageFIRST’s first facility in the state of Utah. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Textile Care Services, founded in 1988, is one of the largest providers of healthcare linen and laundry services in Utah. TCS is currently owned by Rick Taft, who will remain with the business as the General Manager. Existing TCS customers will be serviced by ImageFIRST as they continue to grow its customer base — creating more expansive linen service capabilities and job opportunities in the area. Existing leadership and employees will be retained as part of the transaction.
