ImageFIRST's Year in Review: 2022
Guided by Our Purpose, to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers, and their patients, some very exciting things happened at ImageFIRST in 2022!
POSITIVELY IMPACTING OUR CUSTOMERS
In 2022, we expanded our service coverage to 40 out of 48 contiguous U.S. states – the most of any healthcare linen provider.
Recently added service areas include:
Our Customers are at the heart of Our Purpose: our Net Promoter Score and Customer Retention Rate continue to be world-class.
ImageFIRST officially owns and operates the most HLAC-accredited facilities in the nation, meaning our process exceeds the requirements for safe laundry standards in the healthcare industry.
We also unveiled a brand-new eye-catching delivery vehicle design.
Our newly launched Safety & Hygiene program allows us to now support our customers' needs with one trusted partner. Our customers can now benefit from getting not just their linen from ImageFIRST, but also other essentials such as cubicle curtains, restroom supplies, and more!
Additionally this year, we held our second annual HeroesFIRST contest – awarding $10,000 in prizes to deserving healthcare heroes who go above and beyond to enhance the patient experience.
POSITIVELY IMPACTING OUR ASSOCIATES
The ImageFIRST team has grown to an all-time high. As of December 2022, ImageFIRST is proud to have over 3,600 Associates positively impacting our communities, our customers, and their patients every day.
New leaders also joined the ImageFIRST team this year to continue to support our growth. Key additions included: Rich Paradise (CFO), Mike Malloy (Regional Vice President of Sales, West), and Valerie Armstrong (VP of Human Resources).
POSITIVELY IMPACTING OUR COMMUNITIES
Giving back to our communities has continued to remain at the forefront. In 2022, our associates volunteered and donated to community partners such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Rise Against Hunger, Fleece & Thank You, Back on my Feet, Make a Wish, Ronald McDonald House, and other local and national organizations.
Associates can also choose to donate a portion of each paycheck to a charity. This year, payroll contributions resulted in over $300,000 in donations to various charities. Furthermore, ImageFIRST was also the proud recipient of TRSA’s Community Service Award.
When we reflect on the best parts of the past year, we quickly think of the many positive moments we shared with you. Best Wishes for 2023!
