ImageFIRST Associates Named TRSA’s 2022 Community Service Award Recipients
The annual TRSA Company Community Service Award recognizes companies and individuals in our industry that make significant contributions to their communities by volunteering their time, actions, talents, and dedication outside of the workplace.
This year, TRSA has chosen to present their Community Service award to ImageFIRST Associates as a whole for our efforts to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission, and to Jamee Niles, VP of Human Resources for her impactful efforts to contribute to Our Purpose of positively impacting our communities.
ImageFIRST, Company Recipient of TRSA’s 2022 Community Service Award
Beginning in 2019, ImageFIRST associates could opt in to donate a portion of each paycheck to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Then, the company matches their contributions dollar for dollar. In 2020, ImageFIRST and associates donated more than $250,000 through this new partnership. Since 2011, the company and its employees have given $600,000 to St. Jude’s. This recently resulted in ImageFIRST being named 2021 Emerging Workplace Giving Partner of the Year for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Jamee Niles, Individual Recipient of TRSA’s 2022 Community Service Award
Jamee Niles, VP of Human Resources, has been the champion for community giving at ImageFIRST since she joined the company in 2012. Jamee launched ImageFIRST’s Annual Community Giving Day in 2015, a day of service where every ImageFIRST location and its associates volunteer to benefit a community partner and the people they serve. Additionally, Jamee established ImageFIRST Day, a companywide event that honors the remarkable work of our charitable partners, associates, and customers. Her connection with philanthropic causes does not end there; she has also led the payroll contribution initiative for the business resulting in impactful donations to various charities – such as St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Rise Against Hunger, and more.
While Jamee’s efforts have made a significant impact on community partners and their causes, her community giving focus has also helped grow the ImageFIRST workplace culture by instilling the value of service and giving to others among all associates.
