Paul Ferracane

As Chief Administrative Officer, Paul Ferracane leads several strategic leadership functions, including Human Resources – encompassing Talent, Total Rewards, Communications, Engagement and Field HR – along with Legal/Compliance and Real Estate.

Prior to joining ImageFIRST, Paul was a Senior Vice President of Category and Margin Management at Envoy Solutions. In that capacity, Paul led the development and deployment of the firm’s commercial strategy – including supplier management, assortment selection, private label development, pricing strategy, margin enhancement and sales enablement. Paul has two decades of experience leading in a distribution environment including significant roles in scaling volume, process and product offerings inorganically.
